JCI Bauchi City and Alheri-YS Foundation Strengthen Cancer Awareness and Prevention

In commemoration of World Cancer Day, JCI Bauchi City, in collaboration with Alheri-YS Foundation, successfully hosted a One-Day Awareness Campaign , themed "Innovate for  Impact: Strengthening Cancer Awareness and Prevention for a Healthier Society." The event provided a vital platform to educate participants on cervical cancer awareness, early detection, and prevention strategies. Welcoming participants, JCI Bauchi City President, Tajudeen Taiwo Akintunde, emphasized the importance of collective efforts in tackling cancer through education and preventive measures. “Cancer remains one of the greatest health challenges of our time, but through awareness and proactive screening, we can save countless lives,” he stated.
