The Child is Gold Foundation (CIGF) has reaffirmed its commitment to organizational excellence by organizing a Strengthening Leadership Capacity Training for its staff, with Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bauchi City facilitating the session. JCI Bauchi City Hosts August General Assembly on Inclusive Leadership, Celebrates Wins and Inducts New Members

On Sunday, 24th August 2025, JCI Bauchi City held its August General Assembly and Business Meeting with the theme “No One Left Behind: Driving Growth, Leadership, and Impact with Inclusivity.” The session, led by 2025 LO President, JCIN Amb. Akintunde Tajudeen Taiwo, brought members and leaders together to champion inclusive leadership. President Akintunde emphasized that true growth comes from valuing every voice. The 2025 JCI Nigeria Northern Conference, held from 7th–10th August in Abuja and hosted by JCI Abuja Prestige, brought together young leaders, changemakers, and community advocates across the region for knowledge exchange, networking, training, and recognition. The highlight was the prestigious Northern Awards Ceremony, celebrating excellence in leadership, community impact, and organizational growth. For JCI Bauchi City, the event was historic as the chapter emerged the most decorated city chapter in the North, winning five major awards in one night—a first in its history. Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bauchi City has successfully hosted the second edition of its flagship initiative, the Digital Economy Summit (DES) 2025, on Saturday, 2nd August 2025, at ASUP Hall, Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, under the theme “Empowering the Next Generation for a Digital-Driven Economy.” The summit attracted over 500 onsite and virtual participants, including entrepreneurs, innovators, policymakers, students, and investors.
