JCI Bauchi City Holds 2025 Officers’ Training School to Strengthen Leadership Capacity

Chamber International (JCI) Bauchi City hosted its 2025 Officers’ Training
School virtually on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 7:00 PM, equipping its
executive team and members with essential leadership and governance skills for
the year ahead.
The
training, which focused on leadership development and parliamentary procedure,
recorded an active participation of about 48 members.
The
session was declared open by the 2025 Local President, Akintunde Tajudeen Taiwo,
who emphasized the importance of structured training in building effective and
impactful leaders.
“Leadership
is not just about occupying a position. It’s about leading with clarity,
discipline, and a sense of service,”
he remarked in his welcome address.
“Understanding
parliamentary procedure strengthens not only meetings but the organization’s
integrity,” he
emphasized.
Special
remarks were delivered by JCIN Amb. Lanre Alawode and JCIN Amb. Hauwa Musa, who
both encouraged officers to lead by example and embrace teamwork,
responsibility, and the JCI values of impact, collaboration, and development.
The
2025 Officers’ Training School laid a solid foundation for the year’s
leadership, setting the tone for effective service, collaboration, and
excellence in JCI Bauchi City.
