  The Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar, has defended the invitation of Dr Zakir Naik, an Islamic cleric who has been declared wanted for alleged terrorism, to t he 10th Sheikh Usman bin Fordiyo week.  Responding to his critics at the event on Thursday, November 2, the Sultan stated that Muslims  have the right to invite their fellow brothers for interaction.
